Physiotherapie Ines Müller
Brand & Digital Transformation
A complete holistic overhaul. Reworking the Corporate Identity, print assets, and signage, culminating in a modern Next.js platform.

The Problem
My mom has run a successful physical therapy practice since the early 90s. Like many small healthcare providers in Germany, she was stuck in the slow transition from analog to digital: overpaying for a sloppy website that looked ancient and failed basic UX principles.
The site didn't reflect the quality of care she actually provided. And it certainly wasn't attracting new staff in a brutally competitive hiring market.
The Approach
I interviewed her about what worked (and what didn't), audited the content, and rebuilt the entire user journey from scratch. Mobile-optimized. Clear CTAs. SEO-ready. Modern tech stack.
Then I went further: new logo, refreshed brand colors, redesigned business cards and gift cards. The goal was not just the website, it was a complete visual identity that matched the professionalism of the practice itself.
The Result
We now have a modern, professional platform that does more than look good: it works. Clear navigation. Fast load times. And because I own the tech stack, I was able to add features that agencies would charge 10k+ for: a recruiting funnel for hiring therapists and a digital anamnesis workflow that eliminates paperwork.
The infrastructure is future-proof. When her practice software (Thevea) eventually opens an API, I can integrate online appointment booking without rebuilding anything.
